Give and You May Receive is a photographic work that examines intimacy, mutual recognition, and the process of gender affirmation between two trans individuals.

The images emerge from a shared space of vulnerability, where both subjects engage in the act of seeing and being seen. Rather than isolating identity as fixed, the work situates it as something formed through relation—through care, attention, and ongoing transformation.

The photographs resist the mediated distance of digital representation, focusing instead on presence and exchange as they unfold in real time. Each image holds a moment that is both personal and relational, shaped by trust and the willingness to remain open within the process.

The work addresses the nonlinear nature of body and identity, positioning love not as resolution, but as a sustained act of support through change.
