The In-Between

Exhibition / Performance Residue
Three-day durational performance

The In-Between is an exhibition developed from a three-day durational performance. The work centers on a constructed environment in which the artist’s actions, materials, and presence accumulated over time.

Throughout the performance, internal states were externalized through gesture, duration, and spatial arrangement. Rather than producing a single outcome, the work developed through continuous action, allowing the space to shift as the performance progressed.

Following the performance, the installation remained accessible to viewers. The exhibition presents the physical and temporal residue of the work, with materials, positioning, and traces of use reflecting what occurred over the three-day period.

Audience members engaged the work both during and after the performance, encountering it as a space shaped by time, presence, and ongoing transformation. The piece focuses on transition, using duration and accumulation to examine states of change without fixed resolution.
